No TPS for Guatemalans. An AP dispatch from Guatemala reports that the U.S. Government granted immigration benefits to Guatemalans living in the United States after tropical storm Agatha devastated parts of the country. However, the benefits do not include temporary protection status (TPS), which prevents the deportation of undocumented Guatemalans.
