Sheriff Arpaio is Bipolar, Not Racist (Plus: Live Updates from Tomorrow’s Congressional Hearing!)

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who's about to undergo a federal investigation for alleged civil rights violations, is sounding increasingly bipolar.

Weeks ago he told Congress that he would not testify, if asked, before tomorrow's House Judiciary Subcommittee hearing into the local enforcement of federal immigration laws.

Today, he's got his pink panties in a twist that he wasn't invited.

According to Nicole Beyer, from ABC Arizona:

Two weeks after Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said he wouldn't testify before Congress, he now says he wasn't invited.

This, as Mesa's Police Chief George Gascon confirmed the House Judiciary Committee asked him to testify on Capitol Hill on Thursday.
